Risk transfers according to agreed Incoterms. Customers are responsible for:

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Installation & Technical Responsibility

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Bluewake Marine Enterprises does not provide installation services.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper installation by qualified marine engineers
  • Compliance with maritime regulations
  • Correct commissioning procedures
  • Ongoing maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines

Improper installation may void manufacturer warranties.

10. Warranty

Products are supplied with manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Warranty coverage:

  • Does not cover improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
  • May require registration or authorised service compliance.

We assist customers in facilitating warranty claims but are not the warranty provider unless explicitly stated.

Special order items, including marine engines and generators, may not be returnable once ordered from the manufacturer.

Cancellation of confirmed commercial orders may incur restocking or administrative fees.
